The Problem with Traditional Signings
During a typical private signing session, an athlete signs hundreds of items. A representative from a grading company sits nearby and slaps a holographic sticker on the item or issues a generic paper certificate.
This system is fundamentally broken. Holograms are routinely peeled and transferred to forged items. Paper certificates are photocopied or entirely fabricated. Within weeks of the signing, the market is flooded with fakes claiming to be from that session, diluting the athlete's brand and the value of the genuine articles.

Step 1: The Execution
The athlete signs the item normally.
Step 2: Instant Digitisation
The item is immediately passed beneath our portable spectral scanner. The scan takes 2.4 seconds.
Step 3: Hash Generation
The unique topographical data of the signature is converted to a SHA-256 hash.
Step 4: Smart Contract Minting
The hash is batch-minted to the blockchain, optionally signed by the athlete's verified ENS/Wallet.
Agency Benefits & Royalties
Because the provenance is anchored to an ERC-721 token, agencies can programmatically enforce secondary-market royalties. Every time the physical item changes hands and the associated digital provenance token is transferred, a percentage of the sale can be automatically routed back to the athlete's foundation or agency wallet.
